Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to every private speedboat trip booked with Speedboat Hurghada. By sending a request and confirming your booking, you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully before your trip on the coastline of Hurghada.
1. Booking and Requests
A booking request can be sent through our website, by email, or by phone. A request is not a confirmed reservation on its own. Your trip is confirmed once we reply with the date, departure time, trip, pickup area, and final price. Please keep that confirmation, as it is the record of your booking. We will do our best to hold your preferred date and time, but availability is confirmed only at the moment we reply.
2. Pricing
All prices are quoted in euros and are charged per private speedboat, not per person. Each price covers the whole boat for up to 8 adults, so you only pay once for your group. Dolphin House is EUR 130 per private speedboat. Orange Island, Hula Hula Island, and Magawish Island are EUR 160 each per private speedboat. The price we confirm is the price you pay, with no hidden extras for the inclusions listed for your trip.
3. Payment
Payment is normally made in cash on the day of your trip, before departure, unless we agree another method with you in advance. If a deposit is requested to hold a specific date, we will explain the amount and how to pay it when we confirm your booking. Please make sure the agreed amount is ready at pickup so your departure is not delayed.
4. Cancellation and Weather
Every trip depends on the sea and weather conditions. The safety of guests and crew always comes first. If conditions are not safe, your trip may be moved to a later time, rescheduled to another day, or cancelled. When we have to cancel for weather and no alternative date works for you, any amount you paid in advance is refunded. If you need to cancel, please tell us as early as possible so we can offer your slot to other guests and help you find a new date.
5. Safety
Your captain and crew are responsible for the boat and for your safety on board. Life jackets are available for everyone and we strongly recommend wearing one while snorkeling, especially for weaker swimmers and children. Please follow the instructions of the crew at all times, stay within the areas they point out, and tell us about any medical condition that could affect your trip. Swimming and snorkeling are done at your own care, and guests are responsible for supervising their own children at all times.
6. Wildlife
The dolphins of the Red Sea are wild and free, so sightings can never be guaranteed on any trip. We take you to the best known areas and our captains do everything they can to find them, but their movements depend on nature. Please help us protect the reef and marine life by not touching, feeding, or chasing any animals, and by following the guidance of the crew.
7. Liability
We operate our trips with care and with experienced crew, and we keep our boats and equipment in good condition. To the extent allowed by law, Speedboat Hurghada is not responsible for loss, injury, or damage that results from a guest not following the instructions of the crew, from personal items brought on board, or from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as weather. Guests are responsible for their own belongings throughout the trip. We recommend that all guests hold suitable travel and health insurance.
8. Photography
Our crew may take photos and videos during the trip to share the experience and to promote our trips on our website and social media. If you prefer not to appear in this content, simply let the crew know at pickup or before departure and we will respect your choice. Any photos you take yourself are yours to keep and share as you wish.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time so they stay clear and accurate. The version shown on this page is the one that applies to your booking. We encourage you to read the current terms before each trip you book with us.
